ABC is a 1970 single by The Jackson 5 and the lead track from their second album, also titled ABC. It was written and produced by The Corporation, the Motown team consisting of Berry Gordy, Freddie Perren, Alphonzo Mizell and Deke Richards. Recorded in December 1969, the song runs about 2 minutes and 55 seconds and blends bubblegum pop with soul. It was released by Motown with The Young Folks as the B-side and topped the U.S. charts for one week.
