Mirror Mirror is a Chick Corea composition performed as a piano duet with Eliane Elias on her 2021 jazz album Mirror Mirror. The track appears as number 5 on the album, which pairs Elias with Corea on four duets and with Chucho Valdés on the others; the album was released September 10, 2021 on Candid. The concept behind the title is the two pianos facing each other like a mirror image, reflecting each other’s ideas in real time. The recording took place in New York City, and the project followed Corea’s death earlier in 2021. Mirror Mirror won the Grammy for Best Latin Jazz Album at the 64th ceremony.
