Pra machucar meu coração, in English To Hurt My Heart, is a Brazilian samba tune written by Ary Barroso. It was first released in June 1943 by the singer Déo, with Chiquinho e Seu Ritmo, and was recorded on May 29, 1943 for the Columbia label (Columbia 55445). The song, performed in Portuguese, is a Samba and became a durable standard in Brazilian popular music.
