Passion is a French valse musette tune written by Tony Murena and Joseph Colombo. It was first recorded and released in 1942 by Tony Murena et son ensemble swing, an accordion-driven piece that blends swing with a musette waltz. The tune has become a standard in the musette repertoire and has been recorded by many artists over the years, including Émile Prud'homme et son ensemble (1960) and Jo l'Auvergnat et son accordéon musette (1960), with later versions by Marcel Loeffler (2005) and Lionel Suarez (2013) among others. It is published by Editions Salabert France and is listed with ISWC T-004.720.675-6.
