San Francisco Holiday, also known as Worry Later, is a jazz standard composed by Thelonious Monk. It was first released in 1960 by the Thelonious Monk Quartet Plus Two on their eponymous album. The piece is instrumental and rooted in the bebop/post-bop jazz tradition, and during its development it carried provisional titles Classified Information and Worry Later before settling on San Francisco Holiday. The tune has since been widely covered by many artists, with notable early versions by Steve Lacy with Don Cherry (1962) and later interpretations by Wynton Marsalis (1999) among others. It remains a staple of jazz standards and was licensed for a jazz standards album in 2020.
