Some Other Blues is a John Coltrane original recorded on December 2, 1959 and released on the 1961 Atlantic album Coltrane Jazz. It is a blues-inflected jazz piece performed by Coltrane on tenor sax with Wynton Kelly on piano, Paul Chambers on bass, and Jimmy Cobb on drums.
