The song is a soulful blues ballad featuring Moore on guitar and vocals, with a lush string arrangement conducted by Gavyn Wright and contributions from Don Airey on keyboards and Nicky Hopkins on piano. The single reached No. 97 on the Billboard Hot 100 in February 1991, and the album peaked at No. 83 on the Billboard 200 and was certified gold in 1995. The album as a whole also features guest appearances by Albert King, Albert Collins and George Harrison.
