Written by Sarane Ferret, it was released as a 10-inch shellac 78 RPM on Odeon in France (catalog 281.485) in 1941, with Pathé Marconi pressing at Chatou. The tune sits in the Swing and Gypsy Jazz styles within the jazz genre of early 1940s France. This release exists in at least two versions on Odeon 281.485.
