Three Flowers is an original jazz composition by McCoy Tyner, featured on his 1964 Impulse! album Today and Tomorrow. The ten-minute piece is performed in a trio with Jimmy Garrison on bass and Albert Heath on drums, recorded during the June 4, 1963 session at Van Gelder Studio in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, as part of the album's two session program. Today and Tomorrow was released in July 1964 and produced by Bob Thiele for Impulse!, showcasing Tyner in both trio and sextet formats with players such as John Gilmore, Thad Jones, Frank Strozier, Butch Warren, and Elvin Jones. The album mixes Tyner originals like Three Flowers with standards such as A Night in Tunisia and Autumn Leaves, and has been noted for its variety within Tyner's Impulse discography.
