Two for the Road is a 1967 jazz soundtrack album by Henry Mancini for the film Two for the Road. The score was recorded at RCA Victor's Music Center in Hollywood and released by RCA Victor (LSP 3802), produced by Joe Reisman. The title track, with lyrics by Leslie Bricusse, has been described as perhaps Mancini's best. The album, 32 minutes long, was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Original Score in 1967. It features instrumental pieces such as Something for Audrey, The Chaser, Congarocka and French Provincial, blending Mantovani-style strings with jazzy horn solos and a surf beat.
