Wait Till You See Her, sometimes titled Wait Till You See Him, is a popular show tune and jazz standard with music by Richard Rodgers and lyrics by Lorenz Hart. Published in 1942 and introduced in the Broadway musical By Jupiter, where Ronald Graham performed it, the song has since been recorded by many artists. Notable versions include Ella Fitzgerald on the 1956 Rodgers & Hart Songbook, Frank Sinatra on the Close to You era release (recorded in 1956, issued on the 1957 CD reissue), Doris Day with André Previn on the album Duet (1962), Nancy Sinatra in the Movin' with Nancy TV special (1967), Johnny Hartman (1985), Kurt Elling (1995), and the John Abercrombie Quartet on ECM 2102 Wait Till You See Her (2009).
