Patchiena is an instrumental track in the Gypsy Jazz style, performed by Sinti with Jimmy Rosenberg on lead guitar. It was recorded on 29 April 1996 and released by Columbia on the album Sinti (feat. Jimmy Rosenberg), where it is the ninth of seventeen tracks. The album is catalogued under the genre Jazz, with Gypsy Jazz given as its style. The songwriting credits for the title could not be confirmed, so no composer is named here.
The published sheet music is in the key of G, which makes the piece approachable for guitarists. As an instrumental, it has no vocal part, and Rosenberg's lead guitar carries the melodic line.
