"Mire' Pral" (also spelled "Mire pral") is an instrumental Gypsy jazz tune in the key of G, written by Mandino Reinhardt and Tchavolo Schmitt. It was first recorded in 2002 for the soundtrack album Swing, credited to Tony Gatlif's film Swing, by Tchavolo Schmitt, Mandino Reinhardt, Colette Lepage on violin and Moïra Montier-Dauriac on double bass.
The piece is a swing-style gypsy jazz number with a lively rhythm guitar feel, in the tradition of Django Reinhardt's Quintette du Hot Club de France. Having no lyrics, it relies entirely on its melody and rhythm. Tchavolo Schmitt later recorded it again, including on his album Seven Gypsy Nights (2007, Le Chant du Monde), where the tune is credited to Mandino Reinhardt.
