"Put Your Records On" is a song by the English singer Corinne Bailey Rae, written by her with John Beck and Steve Chrisanthou, who also produced it. It appears on her self-titled debut studio album (2006) and was released as the album's second single on 20 February 2006, the lead single in North America, on EMI and Capitol. The B-sides were a cover of Led Zeppelin's "Since I've Been Loving You" and "Another Rainy Day". Described as a jazz-infused pop-soul R&B ballad, it opens with a verse that pays homage to Bob Marley and the Wailers' "Three Little Birds". The song entered the UK Singles Chart at number two in the week ending 4 March 2006, topped the UK Singles Downloads and UK R&B Singles charts, and peaked at number 64 on the US Billboard Hot 100. It became Bailey Rae's signature tune and earned Grammy nominations for Record of the Year and Song of the Year at the 2007 Grammys. It was used in the 2006 film Venus, and The Chipettes covered it in Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel (2009). A 2020 cover by Ritt Momney went viral on TikTok.
